Born and raised in Austin, Texas, she was surrounded by music and a love for the outdoors.In 2018 when she moved to Flagstaff to study environmental science, she sought out a creative life through songwriting. She recorded her album “Breathing In, Breathing Out” which she released in 2020.
Sierra’s story is one of dichotomy. Musically, she’s between the folksy sounds of Joni Mitchell and the grunge explosions of Queens of the Stone Age. Her love for science and her creative passions are often at odds, but she blends the two in her music with ballads like “Mountain song” and in her goal to swim in every state she tours. Currently, she's writing new music and planning more tours.
