One of the most pivotal ways that you can help foster tomorrow’s future leaders is to support our students through your gift today. The University Unions has several endowments that directly support UT students, including student awards and programming enhancement. There are many different ways to give to the University Unions, including making a one-time gift online.

Ways to Give

All students and former students of the university are members of the University Unions family, and those who wish to support the Union in tangible ways are encouraged to do so.

Three primary ways to contribute to the Union is by making a one time gift, through making a planned gift, or by contacting other alumni, current and prospective students, legislators and University administrators to build support for Union initiatives.

Online Giving

Donors may make online gifts to the University Unions and may designate their gifts to one of the Union's endowments or gift accounts.

To ensure your gift is properly routed, search for Union in the online giving search bar found on this page.

You can choose to give to the University Unions organization by selecting "University Unions - Area of Greatest Need" or you may also designate your gift to a specific fund or endowment by selecting that University Unions option (example: University Unions - GRasp Endowment).

A matching gift will double or triple your contribution. If your employer matches gifts, please enter the company name in the contact information section.

We appreciate your support of University Unions programs.

Planned Giving

A planned gift is the result of a deliberate decision to direct money and/or property at a future time to a recipient of the donor's choice.

A planned gift allows the donor to reduce or eliminate the tax liability of an estate and to designate how assets will be used. Some types of planned gifts result in current tax deductions and generate annual income.

The Sinclair Society is the recognition group for planned giving donors to the University Unions.

Volunteering

Support us by contacting other alumni, current and prospective students, legislators and University administrators to build support for Union initiatives. You can also volunteer to be a mentor to our current students. Find our more about the University Unions Mentorship Program.
