- Gaby Alvarado is a recent UT graduate and will be your two step instructor at the Cactus Cafe. She is a native Austinite with a love for two stepping and connecting with the community. Growing up in Texas, she has always loved the dancing culture we have and wants to share it with all who are willing to learn!
