ONLY University Unions approved food trucks (in coordination with UT Fire Prevention and Environmental Health & Safety) may operate on UT campus.
Vendor Instructions
1. Review UT Food Truck Vending Policy
Executive Sponsor: Vice President for Student Affairs
Policy Owner: Executive Director, University Unions
2. Gather appropriate documentation
- Proof of Professional Liability insurance (with UT named as additional insured)
- Photos of food truck and menu
3. Submit the completed application and appropriate documentation
