Ruben Octavio

Raised in the historical Rosewood neighborhood in East Austin. Ruben found himself surrounded by the many styles of music that came from the Mexican-American and African-American communities that made up the Eastside. Ruben's sound is a mix of traditional folk and country, taking inspiration from the many Texas songwriters who came before him.
